The Adventure 2 Gore-Tex in black, tobacco, military, and sand-ochre, and the Mid Adventure 2 with a lower shaft. The Gavia Gore leans more towards touring. Gore-Tex is the waterproof membrane here; with Sidi, you mainly notice the difference in how long the boot stays dry on multi-day rides.

The ADV HydraDri 7.5, waterproof, also available in a short version, and the ADV 8.5 HydraDri with a 20K water column and CE certification, in black with bronze or grey. For warm days, there's the ADV X-Flow 7.5, highly ventilated instead of waterproof.

A high shaft protects your shin and keeps water out during water crossings, but is less flexible for walking. A mid version is more comfortable off the bike and when shifting gears, but offers less protection in a fall with the bike on your leg.If you mainly ride on roads to beautiful places, mid is sufficient. If you're seriously going off-road with a heavy machine, choose high.

Waterproof or ventilated

There is no boot that does both. An X-Flow keeps your feet cool but gets wet at the first puddle; a HydraDri keeps water out but also keeps your sweat in.
