Replacement Grips or Overlays

Replacement grips are most models in this collection: you remove your original grips and replace them with these. The heating element is in the rubber, so you feel the warmth directly in your palm. This works better than external heating but requires installation and a connection to your battery. The Hotgrips Wrap is the exception: you wrap it around your existing grips. The range increases in power and control options: Essential, Evo, Premium, Pro, and Pro 2.0. The Advanced Integrated has the controls integrated into the grip instead of a separate switch. The Courier is designed for intensive daily use.

Measure your handlebar diameter (usually 22 mm, some models 25.4 mm) and check if you have a cable throttle or an electronic throttle, as this determines which version fits. Also consider the power supply: heated grips draw continuous power, so a proper fused connection to your battery is necessary. Electronics on a bike have to survive vibration, water and temperature swings. Check the IP rating: IP67 means dust tight and protected against temporary immersion. A quickshifter uses a sensor on the shift rod and usually needs a model and year specific harness.
