Motocross and Enduro Pants

Motocross pants are different from road pants. They don't have built-in protectors, as these are worn underneath as knee braces or knee pads. Instead, the focus is on stretch where you move, wear-resistant material on the seat and knees, and ventilation for work where you are constantly standing and sweating.

This collection revolves around Leatt, and the number indicates the level. Moto 3.5 is the entry-level model with stretch and knee reinforcement, available in a wide range of colors. Moto 4.5 is above that with more stretch and better finishing. Moto 5.5 IKS is the racing version. IKS stands for the knee system that holds the pants in place over your brace. Enduro 5.5 is designed for enduro rather than track work: sturdier and with more protection against branches and stones, also with IKS. HydraDri 4.5 is the waterproof version with a 20K water column, for enduro in wet conditions.

Choosing your size with your brace on

This is the most common mistake made. Motocross pants must fit over your knee brace or knee pads. If you wear a C-Frame or X-Frame brace, you will noticeably need more room in the leg than your normal size. Therefore, always try on the pants with the protection you wear on the track. The waist usually has an adjustment system, so you have some leeway there. Not in the knee and thigh. In doubt? Use our size advisor. All motocross pants at WheelsWork come via official European distributors.
