This 8mm HDPE plastic AXP skid plate has been specially developed for the Husqvarna NORDEN 901 from 2022 onwards. Unlike an aluminum plate, HDPE plastic absorbs the impact instead of transferring it to the frame. The material does not deform permanently, does not make noise, and glides smoothly over stones and logs. This is precisely why top enduro and rally riders use AXP plastic plates.
