This AXP skid plate made of HDPE plastic has been specially developed for the Husqvarna TE250-TE300 from 2017 onwards. Unlike an aluminum plate, HDPE plastic absorbs impact instead of transmitting it to the frame. The material does not permanently deform, makes no noise, and slides smoothly over rocks and logs. This is precisely why top enduro and rally riders use AXP plastic plates.
