This AXP skid plate, made of HDPE plastic, has been specifically developed for the KTM 250EXC/300EXC/250XCW/300XCW from 2024 onwards. Unlike an aluminum plate, HDPE plastic absorbs impact rather than transferring it to the frame. The material does not permanently deform, doesn't make noise, and glides smoothly over rocks and logs. This is precisely why top enduro and rally riders use AXP plastic plates.
