This AXP skid plate made of HDPE plastic has been specially developed for the Sherco 250/300 SEFR model year 2012-2020 and the SEF FACTORY model year 2012-2018. Unlike an aluminum plate, HDPE plastic absorbs the impact instead of transferring it to the frame. The material does not permanently deform, makes no noise, and glides smoothly over stones and tree trunks. This is precisely why top enduro and rally riders use plastic plates from AXP.
