This AXP skid plate was specially developed for the TOURING HDPE 8mm Black Husqvarna NORDEN 901 from 2022 onwards. Unlike an aluminum plate, HDPE plastic absorbs the impact instead of transferring it to the frame. The material does not deform permanently, does not make noise, and glides smoothly over rocks and logs. This is precisely why top enduro and rally riders use plastic plates from AXP.
