Digital controller for a heated garment. Five settings.

The Gerbing Digital Temperature Controller 12V regulates the heat of a heated liner jacket, liner trousers, or socks. On the display, you can select settings 1 to 5, with setting 1 providing twenty percent power and setting 5 providing full power.

The controller has two outputs. The output labeled 'Jacket' is regulated: this is where your garment connects. The output labeled 'Gloves' is unregulated because you control your gloves with the push button on the glove itself.

Why a controller

If you connect a 12-volt garment directly to the battery, the heating will always be at full power. With this controller, you can lower it when it gets less cold, which also saves power.

Wireless control

A separate wireless remote control is available for this controller. It is not included.
