HGS has been building exhaust systems for motocross tracks and off-road use since 1988. The brand was founded by Henri Gorthuis, who worked as a mechanic in Grand Prix racing in the 1980s, and is now in the hands of the third generation. The exhaust systems are made in the Netherlands and are used by racing teams worldwide.

A complete system: header pipe and silencer are tuned to each other, so that the power gain is not concentrated in one part of the rev range but spread across the entire powerband.
