HGS has been building exhaust systems for motocross tracks and forests since 1988. The brand was founded by Henri Gorthuis, who worked as a mechanic in Grand Prix racing in the 1980s, and is now in its third generation of ownership. The exhaust systems are made in the Netherlands and are used worldwide by racing teams.

A complete system: header and silencer are tuned to each other, so that the gain is not in one specific part of the rev range but across the entire band.
