HGS Silencer 2-stroke carbon black Husqvarna TC85 / KTM 85 SX 2025-2026

An HGS silencer for Husqvarna, KTM from 2025 to 2026. Version: carbon, black.

HGS has been building exhausts for motocross tracks and forests since 1988. The brand was founded by Henri Gorthuis, who worked as a mechanic in Grand Prix racing in the 1980s, and is now in the hands of the third generation. The exhausts are made in the Netherlands and are used worldwide by racing teams.

The silencer determines the back pressure and, therefore, how the engine delivers its power. The internal components can be reconditioned, so you replace the packing instead of the entire silencer.

• Made in the Netherlands
• Direct replacement, no modifications needed
• Developed and tested with racing teams
