HGS has been building exhausts for the motocross track and off-road riding since 1988. The brand was founded by Henri Gorthuis, who worked as a mechanic in Grand Prix racing in the 1980s, and is now in the hands of the third generation. The exhausts are made in the Netherlands and are used worldwide by racing teams.
The silencer determines the back pressure and thus how the engine delivers its power. The internal components are rebuildable, so you replace the packing instead of the entire silencer.
