HGS Exhaust Header Pipe 2-stroke Yamaha YZ250 1996-1998

An HGS exhaust pipe for the Yamaha YZ250 from 1996 to 1998.

HGS has been building exhausts for motocross tracks and forests since 1988. The brand was founded by Henri Gorthuis, who worked as a mechanic in Grand Prix racing in the 1980s, and is now in the hands of the third generation. The exhausts are made in the Netherlands and are used worldwide by racing teams.

For a two-stroke engine, the exhaust pipe determines the engine's character. HGS tailors the shape and volume to the engine block, focusing on manageable pulling power rather than a peak that is difficult to control.
