This AXP crankcase cover made of 8mm HDPE plastic is specially developed for the KTM 690 ENDURO R year 2009-2025 and the 690SMC R year 2009-2025. Unlike an aluminum plate, HDPE plastic absorbs the impact instead of transferring it to the frame. The material does not deform permanently, does not make noise, and glides smoothly over stones and logs. This is precisely why top enduro and rally riders use AXP plastic plates.
