This 8mm HDPE plastic AXP skid plate is specially designed for the KTM 1290 SUPER ADVENTURE R/S, model years 2021-2022. Unlike an aluminum plate, HDPE plastic absorbs impact rather than transferring it to the frame. The material does not permanently deform, makes no noise, and glides smoothly over rocks and logs.
